    Missing customised controller


    I ordered a customised xbox controller from Microsoft, the fee for this was taken from my bank account by Microsoft xbox design labsupport xbox GB on 29/07/23. To date, I still haven't received it and finding it impossible to get in contact with the company. I'm unable to find a contact number or email address. Very unhappy with lack of service and information available. Can anyone please advise, where my controller is? Am I ever going to receive it?And if not I want my money refunded.

    Yeah, unfortunately if you want more customisation then it seems like the only real option is the Elite controller. But that's a lot of money to spend on a controller, so it's hard to recommend it just for the ability to play around with the customisation.

    Customisation, just like SA, where you can control your player's body weight and skills etc. As long as the protagonist is good, I'm not bothered about customising his looks or clothing too much.

    Xbox 360 controller too sensitive

    The Xbox 360 controller is not customisable like the Xbox One controller is. You cannot change it's sensitivity. Your best bet is to calibrate it as DominumStige said.
