Missing xbox currency

Have you checked the billing site?
https://billing.microsoft.com The website is not currently set up to work with currency, so it won't show on the regular xbox site. On the console it would show once you try to make a purchase.

If it's still missing, you will need to contact support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Missing xbox currency

After the switch from Microsoft Points to actual currency, all of my currency seems to have dissapeared. I have well over $20 worth of currency, is there a way to check or reset this?

Hello KINGZxCOWBOYSx,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star MyVIP, you do not get payback on non-offer purchases.

Contact Developer support to create a ticket.

Xbox customer support does not have any influence on in game currency.
