Missing Credits

I bought 14th March 2017, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition for R$ 95,00. How i am VIP member of Xbox Rewards with 3 star and Gold member I should have recived back R$ 5,70 (95,00*0,06( the bonus of 6% )=5,70). I search for on xbox rewards on twitter
and they said in March MyVIP posted from March's puchase was posted in 13th April 2017, but I don't recive nothing. I 'll be waiting for answer.

Since you chose to opt in to March's "Simply Rewarding" offer, your purchases went towards that offer instead of MyVIP payback. As mentioned in our FAQ, purchases cannot double Reward:

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Since you did not complete that offer, your did not receive offer completion Credits.
