Discus and support missing credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I purchased the renewal of my live gold subscription in June / July (I do not remember exactly when), I purchased a season pass for Call of duty black...     As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Support will check on the season pass, but Infinite Warfare would have
    gone towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need to purchase 2 other eligible games in order to complete that offer and receive the credits.

    Hello morgan979,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
    If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
    at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    As of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals.

    It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending after you redeem them.

    OK ... but for what concerns the purchase of:
    - Pass the seasonal call of duty Black Ops 3 performed Sunday, 06 / March / 2016
    and
    - Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe made on Saturday 29 / Oct / 2016
    When will I receive the rewards points ....? I knew that purchases in the store were rewarded with rewards points

    Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that system. If you can post the offers you're looking for credits from, that will help Rewards support check into it for you.
