Missing credits this year

I have only received 3,000 points last month and 2,000 this month(I am at level 5) and just counting my digital purchase of halo wars and sniper 4, plus my yearly renewal of Xbox live I should have gotten more. Please look into this, thank you.

Missing Rewards Credits

I pre-ordered the digital version of Dead Rising 4 in November, but I still have not received rewards credits for the purchase or the bonus rewards credits that were being offered for pre-ordering. When I look back at my purchases for the past year, it seems
like I am missing other rewards credits for purchases as well. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this and review my account to find out exactly how many rewards credits are missing. My VIP rank for this calendar year also should have gone up,
but I have not been receiving credit for some qualified purchases (I think this is tied to my missing rewards credits). My girlfriend is also having the same issue with rewards credits and VIP rank progress (with Dead Rising 4, at least), so I know that I'm
not the only person affected by it. Would she need to create her own post here or would I be able to request assistance on her behalf by providing her gamertag?

As a side note, I would like to state that it seems a little ridiculous that customer service can't handle this issue by phone or chat. It would be nice to be able to contact customer service and have any issues resolved in one attempt.

Missing rewards credits from November 2016

Hi,

I was looking over my past reward points earnings and I noticed that November didn't give me credit for being Gold, even though my subscription is valid for over another year and hasn't lapsed.

31/10/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 1,000 Credits

30/11/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 - 400 Credits

31/12/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 800 Credits

Please can I get my missing 400 credits

Support will double check your credits (keep in mind that if you preordered the games they would not be included in your VIP rebate), but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since the major spending for your purchases were
pre-orders, you did not get payback Credits on those purchases, which is why your payback may be lower than you are expecting.
