    Missing credits from purchases


    I've bought a couple Xbox One games through the store. It's been over a week since the last purchase and over two weeks since the first. I have not received any credits for any purchases made this month.

    Things I've purchased that didn't give me credits:

    Battlefield 1

    Fallout 4 (was on sale, not sure if that affects anything)

    multiple overwatch loot box packages

    Updates on missing April Credits?

    Are there any updates as to when the April Credits that are missing will be credited? I am still missing over 500.00 worth of purchases from the Xbox store from being credited to my account.

    If you believe you are still missing credit from your account, you will need to contact our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page so they can look at your purchase and credit history.

    Missing credits from purchases

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There have not been any offers those purchases would qualify for this
    month. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, your Fallout purchase would be included with your rebate which will be calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. Preorders and in-game consumables are not eligible for VIP.

    Cant purchase anything off the store

    I'm getting the same Purchase-Billing-9039 error. I've tried the suggestions from Misses Joust but I'm still getting the same error.

    I was trying to make a purchase partially with money in my MS account (converted from MS points) and the balance on a credit card. Tried three different credit cards and didn't seem to matter visa, mastercard or amex.

    Any further help from Microsoft here? Did anyone else get their problems resolved?
