    I preordered final fantasy XV and have not received the credits for that mission. It's been a week and they would have normally shown up by now. Can this be looked into please?

    Missing rewards points for preorders

    Hello.

    I made a post previously, but it appears to have not gone through.

    I am missing 15 000 rewards points and a $10 Microsoft Store code set to come with my preorder of Watch_Dogs2.

    It is well past the scheduled arrival dates of said rewards.

    Three offers were affected by this particular preorder - Annual preorders, Watch_Dogs2 Preorder event, and the code through email for MicrosoftStore. I only received the WD2 Preorder Event 15 000 credits, the annual 15 000 per preorder and MSS code never arrived.

    Forza Motorsports Horizon 3 preorders not showing up

    My preorders are still not showing up. Glad i had to buy a Gift card from Gamestop when i got the game to miss out on there preorder cars with them not having a digital upc for the preorder.

    Now im missing most of the preorder benefits. Mustang from the Microsoft preorder is not there and i have no idea what else im missing from my preorder from the store.

    Havent had a lot of time to play due to work. But dang missing stuff still.

    If you preordered digitally, it would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard offer and you would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive the credits.

    If you preordered a physical disc from microsoftstore.com, the credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped.

    —When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 15 days of the purchased-game's shipping date.

    Since that game was only released recently, it is too early to see pending Credits for that purchase.

    Support will post back about the missing credits, but preorders do not count towards VIP at all.

    Still haven't gotten my rewards points for Recore or Gears of war 4

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

    Destiny 2 Rewards Points

    In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you have to preorder 3 games. Destiny alone is not enough to complete the offer. You would need 2 other eligible le purchases and the credits will be given after all 3 games have been released
