Missing credits for pre ordering Watch Dogs 2

A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Xbox letting me know about the Watch Dogs 2 pre sale they had. The pre sale included the game, free shipping, the Zodiac Killer mission, and 15,000 reward credits. I pre ordered the game from Microsoft store.com
before the cut off date of November 14. I haven't received the 15,000 credits or any information on how to get them.

Is there anything specific I need to do or someone I need to contact?

Punch card december

At the end of Last year there was a punch card reward for pre-ordering 3 games of 15000 credits however i have not received any credits despite pre-ordering 3 games (Dead Rising 4, Watch dogs 2 and resident evil 7).

 

Missing points

For the horror theme I'm missing the 2,000 points for buying the avatar items. Also, for the pre-order punch card I never got credit for pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV or Resident Evil 7.

 

The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped. If it doesn't show after that, you'll need to post back here.

The Credits for that offer were placed as pending into your account on November 15th. They were included in the recent deposit that was just processed and placed into your Microsoft Account as currency. For future reference, you can see all your Credit events
on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can sort/view this statement to see pending Credits, as well as view a history of your past Credit events. You can review your actual currency deposit from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where this transaction will be listed as a refund with a negative value, since we are adding funds to your account.
