Calling xbox support told me to go on these forums... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So i took some surveys for the "xbox rewards" to earn 1,000 credits in the last 4 months.     Missing Credits? Calling xbox support told me to go on these forums...


    So i took some surveys for the "xbox rewards" to earn 1,000 credits in the last 4 months. I requested an early deposit into my account and all i get is $1 worth of credit? unless 1,000= $1 then something seems wrong. I tried calling customer support but
    they told me to come here. how do i fix this probem or is this some error i cant fix? help is appreciated.

    Despite what the support people told you, calling out other gamers on the forums is not allowed under any circumstances. These forums can not be used to report other users.

    That is a correct conversion. 1000 points does equal $1.00.

    For future reference, if you need assistance with the Rewards program, you should post here -

    forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

    However that is correct. Per the program's FAQ, 5,000 credits is equal to $5.00. So 1,000 would be $1.00

    I had to call support twice as there is no way to contact them. They finally told me to go to the forums and here i am, in the forums, being told to not.
