    Missing Credits buying Gold Edition


    Hi. I have been having issues with my new game, Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Wildlands. I pre ordered the Gold Edition, As far as I know, I should get credits into the game after installing it.

    My other friends who bought it on disc, got all the Credits that was promised, but I haven't got anyone into my account yet.

    I pre ordered the game in 27. Feb, and I still haven't got any key code, or Credit pack added to the game. It's also says I have to pay for the season pass. Even tho I should have that for free.

    I have a reference number, but unsure if I should copy that into here. I have been contacting Xbox support, and they confirmed that I miss different free addition.

    My apologies! I misread your post originally. Have you checked your
    'Ready to install' list for Ghost Recon: Wildlands     (press Menu while the game's tile is highlighted and select 'Manage game')?. This content is not sent out as a code, and should automatically come included in your purchase. Let us know if you see additional
    items in the manage game screen. Missing Credits buying Gold Edition :)

    Hopefully it will be fixed, I found a nice overview of the stuff that should be added to the gold Edition.

    Deluxe Pack:

    - The Wilderness rifle - Have this

    - The Huntsman motorbike - Have this

    - 3 emblems in charactersmith - Have this

    - 3 weapon camos in gunsmith - Have this

    - 3 character customization items in charactersmith - Have this

    - XP booster - Don't have this

    Season Pass:

    - 2 Major Expansions (As yourself just confirmed, hopefully that will work)

    - 3 Ghost Packs Don't have this

    - Exlusive Bolivian Minibus- Have this

    - Unidad Consiracy Missions - Unsure if I have it or not. Can't remeber to see it.

    - Unidad Ghost Pack - Don't have this

    - Rebellion Ghost Pack - Have this

    - Permenent XP Booster - Don't have this.

    Strange that some are missing, when it should be in the same pack.

    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, you'll want to try posting in either the Ghost Recons forum or the sales and promotions forum.

    Okay, I have tried to contact them, Hopefully we will fix this soon. But thanks for helping me out with the rest. How should we go from here? Will something be done from your part, or is the rest on me, contacting Ubisoft etc? :)

    Thanks for clarifying!

    Because there's no season pass content available, the season pass may not be showing for you. Once season pass content is released you should be able to access it without any issues. As for the missing credits, let's get you in contact with
    Ubisoft who should be able to help out with in-game currency such as that.

    Apart from reaching out to Ubisoft Support for those missing credits, the season pass content should still come through for you when that content is released. For a little further information,

    Ubisoft is currently aware of the credits issue     and are encouraging affected users to reach out directly to them.
