Missing credit on FREEdom rewards

    Missing credit on FREEdom rewards


    Hello,

    I am missing some credit on the things ive done for the FREEdom Rewards for Feb. 2018.

    -FREE Pass : says spend at least $30 for add-on content for ANY free to play title.

    -- I have spent $60 in WarFrame and $40 in Star Trek Online. Also spent money other free to play titles as well.

    I did not receive credit for this one. The bar is a little over half full basically stating that I havent spent $30.

    -One-Two-FREE Punch: Make and add-on purchase of at leaset $5 for 3 different free to play titles.

    It shows that I did that with only 2 titles, but I spent over $5 on 4 different titles.

    Please let me know what needs to be done to have this addressed and that I receive proper credit.

    Warframe Xbox live reward.

    Hello Tundrawolf420,

    The platinum is given via a redeemable code, and is not automatically Credited. You can find this code on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/) in the Warframe
    section. There is a button there that takes you to the redemption page.
