    Hi,

    I completed the Level 1 and Level 2 purchases for this mission on January 2 and the achievement requirements on January 3, but have not received credit yet for any of the steps. Please look into this. Thanks!

    Dear XBL Rewards team,

    I have purchased one of the eligible titles (Firewatch) and have unlocked more than 5 achievements but it does not show up on the website. Other parts I have unlocked. That is a little strange. Could you please have a look into this?

    Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
    Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.
