Missing Credit and No Deposit option

Credits for the controller should show as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't receive it after the 15 days, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled for
a deposit. If you earn the credits before the 15th, they should be deposited on the 29th.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your 15,000 Credit event occurred on the 4th of this month, it was not deposited. You should expect your Credit events on the 4th to be deposited at the end of the month. We have already adjusted your Credits for the missing star,
which is why you have 3 Credit events of MyVIP Gold 2 dated on November 30th.

The option to request a deposit is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So you would not have been able to request a deposit at 21,000 credits. If you request a deposit and then redeemed gems for rewards credits,
the credits from the gems are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled until recently. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may
do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Sorry, but there is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates.
