Missing credit and no activity

Discus and support Missing credit and no activity in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have made several purchases from before Christmas and still show zero credits earned.     Missing credit and no activity


    I have made several purchases from before Christmas and still show zero credits earned. Also on my dashboard, it shows that I haven't played any games or used any apps. I'm wondering is my account no longer synced?

    Friends Tab | Leaderboard Issue

    The activity list on my profile is also missing (selected from the Leaderboard) the right hand side says that there has been no activity, but I have been playing Ryse for the last 4 days!

    I am missing the 15k for the Xbox lab design and there is no option to request a deposit. i have 54k points.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. We see that your game and app usage is being displayed on the MyStats on the MyDashboard.

    "Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership, you will be prompted to add a new payment option for your membership."

    It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending after you redeem them.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
    OK ... but for what concerns the purchase of:
    - Pass the seasonal call of duty Black Ops 3 performed Sunday, 06 / March / 2016
    and
    - Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe made on Saturday 29 / Oct / 2016
    When will I receive the rewards points ....? I knew that purchases in the store were rewarded with rewards points
