Discus and support Missing Completion Tiers in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I completed 2 challenges in the Microsoft Films and TV Mission and all tiers in Being Dr Rewards.     Missing Completion Tiers


    I completed 2 challenges in the Microsoft Films and TV Mission and all tiers in Being Dr Rewards. As of right now that's not reflected in my pending credits and it has been over 96 hours

    what is it that you earn from the Xbox gamerscore tiers and why can' I redeem them. I'm missing like 5 of the 6 tiers. And it never emailed me to redeem them. Or that Xbox rewards was a thing when it started. It only emailed me when I had bought a Xbox and
    put it at my girlfriends house and transferrd my gamertag to her console. On Jan 8th.

    LEGO Hobbit achievement "Our Long Forgotten Gold"

    I am missing the 100%, collect all characters, and complete all quests but I have 100% completion in the game.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
    see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by
    this delay. We see that we have caught up on your purchases, and your offers are now completed.

    Have yet to receive my Game Pass Ultimate/Epic rewards.

    Hey there,

    Just to clarify, have you received any rewards, or are you expecting two more rewards? The Game Pass Quest reward you receive are upgraded for each tier you complete, and you don't receive an additional reward for each tier. For example, if you complete
    each of the tiers, your reward is upgraded up to the Epic Mystery Gift.

    Hope this helps clarify, please let us know if there are any details we missed.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have adjusted your account for tier 3, and you should see that complete shortly. Once that tier is updated, your tier 4 should complete shortly after.

    Operation: Lodestar

    Gift pack was tier 1, After completing tier two you get 1 more pack, then completing tier 3 gives you two more packs. If you did 2 before 3 then I assume you complete both because tier two says silver or harder which Platinum is harder. So if you jumped
    ahead to the Platinum you kinda screwed yourself out of two packs. Bioware should have made tier 2 be silver or gold only. This would have fixed the problem.
