Discus and support missing collections in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm new to this game but it seems to me I should be getting more than 3 jigsaw jam collections. Are there more?     I'm new to this game but it seems to me I should be getting more than 3 jigsaw jam collections. Are there more? If so how do I get them?

    Also I keep seeing references to a Surface Puzzle Collection in the regular jigsaw but can't find it in the collections for me to buy, can I still get it?

    Can you please post a link to a screenshot of the Surface Puzzle Collection that you are referring to?

    Lost all collections in Microsoft Jigsaw!

    Thanks.

    Did a reset of Jigsaw.

    Result: Collections are still missing and now also all finished collections are missing.

    Statistics are wrong too.

    It displays a total of 5 collections finished which is totally wrong.

    Edit: After downloading some of the free collections it seems that the finished levels are displayed correctly. So the results must be stored somewhere.
