Missing code

Hi,

I have bought this product

Microsoft Store Australia Official Site - Free Shipping, Free Returns

I am having the problem that in the box I received there is not code to redeem games that are included in the promotion (and I have not received any email with it).

I have seen that the same happened to other customers (there are posts on the product page on your store, the same I have linked above).

After almost 2 hours of chatting with the assistance, they told me to open a post here because "once you have posted on the forum they will reply to you in personal message for them to give you the code."

Can you please investigate the situation and fix the problem?

You would actually need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them.

 

This is what I have done. I have started from them, then, they passed me to the xbox support that then told me to write here.

So after 3 steps I should to start over...

Are you able to give me a direct contact/e-mail to allow me to contact the correct department?

Forum support can only assist with digital Xbox promotions, not physical bundles.
