If the game was purchased NEW it is the retailers responsibility to ensure all contents for the game are there when you purchased

In this case if the code was not within the copy of the game I would advise taking it back to the retailer for assistance. Unfortunately we are not going to be able to assist with the code.

You can also attempt to contact the game
Developer to see if they are able to assist with this problem.
