    Missing Code to Pre-Load game


    I completed a pre-order through Amazon and still have not received my code so I can pre-load the game. When I contacted Amazon they were complete clueless and did not understand the whole pre-load/pre-order thing. They said that codes were sent out by
    MS and XBOX so it wasn't their problem. I hopped on XBOX chat and was directed here. I just want to get the code so I can pre-load the content and don't have to wait in the download "line" when/if Amazon ever decides to send out codes.

    Offical beta realse date from ubi

    You can pre-load the game or beta code on April 17th.

    It's not early, the collector's editions released today so that the digital code can be pre-loaded.

    There are no codes for preloading a game. The only time you can preload a game is when you order a digital copy from the Xbox Games Store.

    Well that's not accurate at all. XBOX themselves stated quite the opposite and Game Stop has delivered their codes over a week ago. XBOX support clearly stated that there are indeed codes and in fact instructed me to come here and it would be taken care
    of.

    Are you sure you aren't getting confused by the code being for Fallout 3?

    What would stop a customer from preordering from Amazon, getting a code, and then cancelling their preorder? If you wanted to predownload, you had to order a digital copy from the MS Games store.

    I'm using Game Pass PC and the MSFS folder is currently at 966 meg(less than 1%). It seems like MS would want to do some pre-loading before the last minute if not to make their customers happy at least to ease the load on their servers.

    Came here hoping to find a way to pre-load on Game Pass PC just in case I was missing something. Guess I wasn't missing anything! Bummer.

    Everyone says that if you pre-ordered the game, you'll get Nuketown 2025; that's a load of BS. I pre-ordered the game & won't be getting it - at least according toe the Gamestop store manager. He said I missed the pre-order deadline... :(
