Missing code ROTTR Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack in XBOX ONE bundle

Hello,

I bought XBOX One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider and The card to download the game only contains one code despite the fact that it's written "Includes tactical survival kit content pack" in the front of the card. Can you please help ?

My Rise of the Tomb Raider -bundle is missing the code for Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. I've understood this is a common problem, so how do we proceed? Thanks in advance.

 

Hey there Alex23g, there should have been a second code included on the card.

Have you had a chance to check your packs under Missions in-game yet? That's where you'll find the unlocks for the pack.

There's only one code into the card (I can send you the picture if needed).

I've tried to find the pack under missions in game but the only possibility offered is to buy it :-(

 

Thanks for that clarification and checking for us, Alex! We will need to get proof of purchase from you, as well as your serial number on your console. To do this, you will need to send an image of the receipt for your console bundle. Upload the image to
a file sharing site of your choice, and send either myself or Mister Maka a private message with that link. You can send us a private message by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of one of our posts. For your serial number, you will want to go into Settings
> System > Console Info.

From there, we'll be able to get you sent up to the right people to look into this further for you. Thanks!
