    Hi,

    I preordered Spider-Man Homecoming, to get the free skin for Marvel vs Capcom Infinite, on 27th September, but I haven’t got my skin yet. I have checked with support and they suggested I posted here, and asked for the code to be issued, or reissued. Anyone

    I got thor ragnarok, batman ninja and spiderman homecoming to fufill 30$ promo. Planning to buy black panther and something else to fufill the 25$ promo. But the first 3 movies are being tied to the 25$ promo

    I'm also getting the same error code and, like you, ive now discovered that a huge chunk of my tv seasons are missing! Rick and Morty 3 season box set now only shows 11 episodes, same with Archer, etc. AND!!! AND!! BOTH Spiderman, into the spiderverse,
    and Spiderman Homecoming have the voiceover description for the BLIND now. So they are unwatchable since there is someone constantly telling you what youre seeing. There is no way to turn this option on or off. Support had no answer for me other than to shrug
    over the phone. This sucks, this service used to be really good. Still, they OWE me the shows i PAID FOR. Where is the support?

    I'm actually having the same problem on my digital copies of both Spiderman Homecoming and Venom but only on xbox live video for the 360. No issues with it on my xbox one or other formats for my digital copies just the 360.
