Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Codes

I purchased "Gears of War: Ultimate Edition" on release. I received codes for Gears of War 1 & 3 but did not receive codes for Gears of War 2 & Judgement.

Gears Ultimate Missing Download Code for Judgment

The message I received a while back with download codes for purchasing Gears: Ultimate Edition has vanished. I used the download code for Gears 3 last year, but I need a new code (or a resend of the same code) for Gears Judgment. I'm not worried about the
Gears 1 & 2 codes. Please help!

As long as you've played it, or play it by December 31, 2015, you'll have access to the games when backwards compatibility is added. You wouldn't have gotten a code for them.

I checked the Canadian site and there's nothing mentioned there. For the American site, looks like you also get a downloadable token for
Gears of War.

Here are the same problems.

Only Gears of War 3 and Judgment is possible to activate.
