Missing code for 10$ gift from Forza 6 pre-order

If you're a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card. If that's the case, you'll need to post here -

If you're not a Rewards member, you'll need to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store since that offer is through them.

No I received a $10 digital gift card code from the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering the game. The code for Free Fall came with the game.

Because I was told by Microsoft that if I pre-ordered Ryse, Deadrising 3, or Forza 5 day one editions that I would receive a $10 digital gift card code. Its all over the net, check for your self.

I have not received a code for the warthog or pre order car despite me owning halo the master chief collection and pre ordering Forza horizon 3 deluxe edition on the Xbox store. I have received codes before in the past like the Chrysalis Rocket 69 and le
mans ford GT for Forza 6. and the codes are not in the in game messages as some people have suggested.
