Missing climbing wall in The Lost City

There is a relic in the South West corner of the map of The Lost City and I was struggling to figure out how to get to it, so I looked it up on YouTube. It shows you using climbing arrows in a wall to get to the relic, but when I play, there is no wall that
accepts climbing arrows like the video shows. This seems to be a glitch! How do i fix this issue???

Free Play Mount Doom

I finally made it, but it took probably 10 tries. I used Legolas with the climbing boots and mithril rope. Then you don't have to switch characters, but even then I was terrible at it because I kept missing jumps. One note - don't go across the first
climbing wall... use the rails to go under the fire and then jump on the left side ot the wall.

 

Mentor's Keeper, Full Synch

Having issues getting 100% here. Immediately after the cut-scene, as I'm climbing the wall I always get "Full Synch Failed". Can anyone shed some light here? Is there something I'm missing?

 

Due to the age, you probably already found out, but just in case as well as for anyone else that might have the issue: you have to continue with the story for a short time. You will very quickly be forced to go to that corner and then you will be able to
climb along there to get to the story as well as the items past that spot.
