Missing "Cherry Blossom" Cape from Minecraft Live 2023

Hi everyone,

I haven't received my "Cherry Blossom" cape even though I participated in Minecraft Live 2023. I'm certain that I logged into the Bedrock version during the voting event, where the special voting map was available. However, I never got the cape, which is really disappointing.

I've also seen that other players have experienced the same issue. I've waited quite a long time since I saw some people mention that it could take a while to arrive, but I still haven't received it. Is there any way I can receive the cape? I’d really appreciate any help or guidance on this matter.

this link doesnt work because accounts got migrated

plus log in to minecraft is via xbox account

so its connected to xbox
