Missing Centipede sonic 1 pacman c.e pinball fx

I own these titles on my xbox 360 however they are not showing up on my xbox one as being available to download. I have attempted a hard reset twice and I even logged into my 360 ust to make sure I did own them. They are the only ones that are not showing
up from the list. What can I do?

If you are seeing the -1 points, I'm guessing you're trying to purchase Pinball FX through the demo correct?

Pinball FX was removed from the marketplace and replaced by Pinball FX 2. Once you purchase Pinball FX 2, you can purchase the tables from Pinball FX as add-ons.

Backwards compatibility & known purchased digital games not appearing.

For the most part the backwards compatibility function works fine for me. However, there are a small list of Xbox 360 games that
I KNOW I've purchased on the 360 in the dim & distant past. However, these games will not show up in the "ready to install" section on the Xbox One. In my case the games that won't appear
are:-

Bejewelled 2

Golden Axe

Lumines Live

Monkey Island 2 (Secret Of)

Pac-Man C.E

Pinball FX

Sonic The Hedgehog 1

Sonic The Hedgehog 2

Has anybody else had this issue? Are there any steps that can be taken in order to trigger the appearance of these titles on the Xbox One?

Were they actually purchased on the gamertag you're posting with? That is the only way they'd be available.

That was the problem I still had a very old account that I used for a time. Once I signed it into my Xbox One they showed up. Thank you so much for the help.

I've probably overlooked some of my games there but they are the ones that sprang to mind.

Pinball FX 2 was superseded by Pinball FX 3. Unfortunately, not all pinball tables available made the jump from Pinball FX 2 for Xbox 360 to the same game on Xbox One, let alone all the way to FX 3. Things to check, just to be sure:

First, make sure you're signed on using the same Microsoft account that bought the original tables. Second, with Pinball FX 3 launched, go to the main menu page of the game. You should see a list of button options towards the bottom right corner. One of
those should say "X - Import Tables". Press this, and it will scan your account and import tables that you own on your account AND are eligible for import.

What tables are you missing, to your knowledge?
