Hey Noble! While I can't swear to what may come in the future, for the time being, the Legacy Edition is the only way to obtain MWR. According to Activision's FAQ:

How can I get Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare Remastered?

"Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare Remastered is only available through the Legacy, Legacy Pro, and Digital Deluxe editions of Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare."

Can I play Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare Remastered without buying Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare?

"No, you must own Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare in order to get Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare Remastered."

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but hopefully this answers your question. And who knows, maybe in the near future, they'll make it available separately! Seems like an odd revenue stream for them to close off permanently.

Can you clarify if you purchased the game digitally through the Xbox Store, or was it a purchase from another retailer? If it was another retailer you'll need to reach out to them, as they'll be able to best help out. Keep us in the loop

That looks like a decent deal. You should be getting the full version of both games for that price.

I posted this in another thread but the chick Miss Diggz from official support posted this in the faq here - forums.xbox.com/.../1857490.aspx about the bundle, that it does in fact come with the day zero edition. Their own support team says its the day zero
edition in the bundle.

If you try installing a different game the issue persist?

If not, please try to install the game remotely using the Xbox mobile app.
Or try that using the Xbox.com website (double check that you're signed in with the correct account)
