    I bought a minecraft bundle but there is no code for the minecraft game in the box is there any way to get a code

    Bought WoT Hammer Loaded from Xbox store...

    The tank and everything else in the bundle is still missing in-game, even though it says I own the bundle on the Xbox store. I don't know what to do.

    My bundle code is missing
    Please check the bottom of the box. There probably should be a black envelope with a set of codes (like game pass trial or even Gold trials, depending on the bundle).

    If the code is missing from the bundle, you'll have to contact the store where you bought the bundle from.

    Should that not resolve your issue, please create a new thread for your own, as this original thread is rather old.

    When Fifa part of the bundle then it must be a card with the code in the box.

    If the code is missing then the bundle was opened.

    MS dose not preload games to consoles. Only nintendo does.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you missing the code for the Halo 5 game or a different code that was included in the bundle? If you are missing the code for Halo 5 that should have been included in the bundle, you will need to reach
    out to the original purchase retailer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement codes for games included with bundles here in the Support Forums.
