    I bought and redeemed a pre-paid ESO monthly subscription on the day of the release. I immediately received the associated crowns, but as of yet, have not received any of the in-game boosts. I've already contacted Zenimax support several times, as well as
    GameStop, where I bought the code, and have been directed here.

    Also, my friend, JOHNNY N0BODY, is experiencing the same problem, having bought and redeemed a similar code at the same time.

  2. Subscription with ESO problem.

    I think it is disappointing how hard it is to get in touch with support for Xbox Live. Leaving the only decent option to call them and even have to look up the number. You could get someone you might understand or someone who might know what they are doing.
    No luck for me so far.

    So I was billed 6 times for Elder Scrolls Online ESO plus. Because I got charged three extra times and was refunded right away from Microsoft. The problem is my Subscription on ESO in-game is "Not Active" even though I did get the 9,000 crowns. Naturally,
    I contact ESO support (which is easy to do than Microsoft) and they told me Microsoft is a third party they are responsible because I got my crowns.

    They explained I needed to contact Xbox Live and have them refresh the subscription option in my settings to turn on the subscription officially on my end. There isn't an option to click renew on my end for ESO plus in the settings. So I called Xbox live
    support and had trouble understanding the gentlemen on the phone.

    But he said there was some trouble with Xbox Live services in regards to subscriptions and with some purchases and subscriptions. That all would be resolved in 24 hours and my subscription would be active. Yet I still have the same problem days later.

    is there.

    Also, because there was a previous comment about talking to someone else, this is where I was directed to go after talking to Zenimax, Gamestop, and Microsoft support.

    I have, and there is nothing, no notification, nothing. I've been told that as soon as you redeem a monthly subscription, the bonus effects should show up in "active effects" under your character option. Nothing that resembles promised bonus experience gain
    is there.
