Missing bonus points, cant contact rewards support

Hello,

Yesterday I saw the rewards holiday bonus points offer of 4500 points if you purchase 3 months of gamepass ultimate. I followed the instructions clicking through the link to purchase the 3 months, and after making the purchase I went back to the offer
and clicked the button to collect the bonus points.

However the bonus points never showed up. After reloading the page, the purchase task showed incomplete, but the second task where you click to collect the bonus points showed complete.

So it was like I never purchased the 3 months of gamepass ultimate. So I tried to go through the motions again, all but purchase the 3 months again, and I waited as well but the points never showed up.

I purchased the 3 months for myself as a gift and emailed it to myself since I was already a subscriber and that was the only way I could actually pay for it yesterday. I also used the code yesterday thinking that would trigger the points to show up but
they did not.

I have another issue, I have tried contacting rewards support through their contact form and the form doesn't work. I have gotten an error each time I try to submit the form. I have tried multiple browsers and still get an error that says something like
the problem is on their side and to try again later. I've tried at least 10 times since yesterday to send a message.

That is encouraging. I will try on my desktop at work tomorrow, to get in touch with rewards support.

Try contacting them from a pc sometimes I jave issues when I use my phone browsers. As far as the points go support jad always done right by me whenever I have jad issues with missing points

This did nothing to help... worst timing as I cant finish my 20th weekly rewards to get my bonus 2500 reward points... I've tried hard resets, contacting support, uninstalling, reinstalling, trying it on another console etc..

I think a quick patch is necessary..

if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
Rewards Support.

that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing

I originally got the first two rewards as you did and then two weeks later I got the 800 bonus points into my account. If you haven't gotten the points by the 30th, I would contact Xbox support directly at (800) 4MY-XBOX
