    missing battlefield 1 and ea access code


    I've been advised by Support - Support code: [Mod Removed]

    I purchased an xbox one S 500GB battlefield 1 bundle, I received the xbox one s, the controller, the HDMI cable and the Power cable but I received no documents.

    There was no manual, no 14 day free trial which is normally in the box, there was no ea access trial and there was no battlefield one code.

    I've in the mean time purchased another code from a 3rd party website but just for the standard game.

    Amazon said they cannot help until Microsoft have 'helped' and I the consumer am stuck in the middle of a corporate pissing contest.

    I hope all can be resolved ASAP!

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately, if the console bundle you purchased from a retailer was incomplete, you will have to speak directly to the retailer for further assistance. We have no way of generating or providing new codes, we can only recover
    codes that were sent to you digitally - anything physical that is missing from a bundle is outside the scope of our assistance.

    Apologies for any frustration this may cause.
