    Missing Batman purchase from black Friday


    I've got the season pass content queued up to download but I can't locate the actual game anywhere. I purchased the digital collection of game and season pass. Help?

    Black Friday discounts not showing up in cart.

    Can anyone from Microsoft clarify what's going on ? Black Friday deals don't hold good once the games are selected for purchase ?

    My credits have not been deposited into my account and it's been over a week since I made purchases

    I made purchases around Black Friday and I'm a 5-star gold VIP so I should be getting 10% back from those purchases but I have gotten 0 back

    Hi Groundtmacattak,

    Go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right to a section called Ready to Install (it may take a few minutes to populate with content). Is Batman there? If so, hit A to download.

    If it's not there, can you log in at
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     and view your transaction history to confirm that indeed both pieces of content show up and not only the season pass?

    You can also locate Batman in the Store on your Xbox and you should see an INSTALL button.

    You may be experiencing an issue others including myself are seeing. My digital arkham knight won't load and when I went to delete and reinstall it doesn't give the install option in the store and won't appear in ready to install for me either. There is
    another thread with folks getting an error code when trying to play it. I would keep an eye on it and when they say it's fixed try installing then.

    I'm at work.

    The perils of gainful employment mean you sometimes miss out on attending Black Friday Deals.

    However one of the perks of gainful employment is not needing a Black Friday sale to buy a game.

    (Which should not be misconstrued as a suggestion that anyone shopping on Black Friday is either poor, unemployed or both).
