This is a server issue, sometimes it disappears.

We can't toggle it on or off like the Ambassador badge.

In this case, I recommend you try to contact support, they may be able to update/verify it.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

Your tenure should show the last value reached and increase again when another 12 months of Xbox Gold have gone by if you keep using the same account. Did you start up a new profile now? That would reset your count if you didn't keep the original profile.

No, once the service is interrupted your membership status resets and starts again.

It should return on its own. It can sometimes take a full billing cycle (1 month) to show up again. Otherwise, there is no way to force it.
