Missing badge solitaire collection

Further comment: I was able to access the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my computer running Windows 8.1. After that I was able to also access the Collection via the computer running Windows 10 since they are wirelessly interconnected. So now I can
access & play. However my solitaire "game history" for all of September (as well as most August "badges") have not carried over, Badges for July and before ARE available!

Ok now with the new month of May if I click on Prize history I still have no February, the extra April disappeared, but now I have two for May. Too early in the month to know if the May badges will show up on the Microsoft Solitaire Collection page, but
the February badges still aren't showing.

Well the Daily Challenges and new graphics are working ok it seems but I am talking about medals not badges. The update took away all my medals and reset fastest win times in the solitaire collection.

Thanks Arkadium for restoring the Solitaire Collection Challenge to a "healthy state". I have been able again play the games of 1st to 12th March and have completed all 5 challenges each day of March 2013. But I collected ONLY 23050 points besides the Gold
Badge. Is the total 23050 points correct and the maximum possible? Should it not be more?

Hello Joseph, thanks for the feedback, you can try this procedure below.

Go to "Windows Settings" ---> Apps ---> scroll down to "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" click -- Use the 'Advanced Options' link. Scroll to the bottom of that page and select "Reset"

IF you are signed in to "Microsoft Solitaire" and your progress is being saved on 'the cloud' all of your badges etc. should be intact after it resets
