Missing award points for December 2016

    Missing award points for December 2016


    I did all 3 steps for the 15.000 Award Points in December 2016. I've ordered 2 games (step 1 and 2) and pre-ordered 2 movies (step 3) until 31.12.2016. Until now I cannot find any point... :-(

    Missing Credits

    Hello there,

    I noticed that the latest digital purchases I made from Xbox Store did not register with my Rewards Account and of course I didn't got the 6% cash back I supposed to get for these.

    Here is the list of items they never register:

    November 24, 2016 - $3.74 / $4.07 (After Tax)

    December 3, 2016 - $84.99 / $92.51 (After Tax)

    December 23, 2016 - $10.00 / $10.89 (After Tax)

    December 23, 2016 - $10.00 / $10.89 (After Tax)

    December 23, 2016 - $3.80 / $4.13 (After Tax)

    Can you please investigate and post the missing credits to my account?

    Hello Wanderloewe,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We determined that certain bonus/enhanced edition movies were not being properly allocated toward the correct chapters. We have since fixed the issue. I see that since we applied the fix, your last chapter for Future completed.
    Therefore, you should expect to see the Credits pending within the next 96 hours.

    Hello SILLY KAT,

    The only time we had an offer that awarded that purchase was from December 1st - 17th 2016, for purchases off the MicrosoftStore.com site. As Smwutches says, that offer is no longer running.

    Last month, December 2012, all reward point totals were awarded as a one-time event. Any points earner since then must, as Silent Phoenix notes, reach a total of 100 before they will be awarded.

    Still no points!

    As stated above, I bought the subscription back in November 11, 2011. The promotion said it would award me with 800 Microsoft points but I have yet to receive these points. I believe the promotion ended in December of 2011.
