Missing Archievement

I have to re-post this since it have been more than 20 days and no one helped me on this. This becomes the only locked achievement of this game which no doubt I have already meet the condition to unlock it. Please kindly someone to solve it. This is so frustrating
and unacceptable.

I completely finished the ACII in AC Ezio Collection except one achievement "ACII | The Impenetrable Palazzo". it should unlock after I complete DNA sequence
8. But even I unlocked all the other achievements in ACII, this is the only exception.

This is a main story line achievement after complete Seq 8. I definitely did it and also get the achievement of complete DNA sequence 9.10.11.14 but this one is still shown as "locked"

In fact I got the previous achievement "Fly Swatter" which happened during DNA sequence 8, and the latter achievement "Masquerade" which is for complete DNA sequence 9. The locked one should unlock between these 2, and I finished all of them in a continuous
gameplay.



I also tried to remove my profile on both of my Xbox one, completely turn-off, turn-on, re-add my profile but on luck yet, it is still shown as "locked achievement"

Old Archievements wont unlock even with being online

Archievements dont unlock while offline. Back online they still wont unlock. Those archievements doesnt make any progress at all but now with xbox live again the archievements work normal. Just those i should get from the offline period wont make progress.

This rare bug is in the game diablo. The archievement says i need to kill the butcher and magdha and that i need 3 recruit.. i know what they want but those archievement doest make progress. Is there a way to reset my archievements so xbox will notice that
ive completed more archievements then now? periode time 2 months ago.

 

Archievements wont unlock

Playing some diablo en destiny. Almost all archievements i should get are not showed up. Also some do. I have no idea if this is a bug or connection problem with Microsoft but i know more people has the same problem with recieving the archievements. It should
take max. 24 hours but its already 2 weeks ago and still not those archievements unlocked that i should get.

I already did a Cashe Reset but with no results. Im connected to xbox live most of the time. What can i do to get those archievements?

Ive checked the app with all archievements and even there they still locked. Please help.

 

Did you try Ubisoft?

It's a pretty simple just play the story achievement so don't know why it wouldn't work for you.

I have contacted Xbox support twice on this issue and tried every solution as they asked which are exactly the same as the thread you shared. No luck at all. It is still locked. It is not possible since I get the achievement for DNA seq 9,,10,11...etc but
no achievement for finishing seq 8.
