    Missing Apex Coins


    I spent $40 on apex coins and never received them. I was charged for the purchase and xbox even gave me the notification to confirm my purchase. I contacted EA help with an email and they still haven't responded. I did every suggestion to fix it that I saw. None of them worked and now I am stuck trying to figure out what to do. I did all of the troubleshooting and I even removed my account from my console. Is there any way I can talk to someone so I can fix this?

    I see. We will have to wait until 24 hours. If your transaction was successful and it hasn’t reflected yet in-game, the best option is to reach to the game support which is EA.
