Missing Apex Coins on Xbox Series X

Hello, community, I am here to share my experience with purchasing in-game currency on Apex Legends. Long story short, I have been part of the Apex community since S1 and have spent a hefty amount of money. Up until a certain season, I never had any issues with the game, including purchasing content; however, ever since the next-gen console was released, I literally have a 50% chance of my paid content reflecting on my account. I know that I’m not the only one experiencing this, let alone on Xbox, but EA doesn’t even care in the slightest to help their supporters. I have a two-minute video recorded from the point of purchase to show the content was not applied, but five EA reps that I emailed simply copied and pasted their responses. When I recently purchased $100 in Apex coins directly through the Microsoft Store for the golden week sale skins, that did not appear on my account; therefore, I requested a refund through Microsoft, and they denied my refund request at first, but after speaking to a rep and going through another step of the request, I was able to receive a refund. Stupidly, I made the same mistake, hoping it would work this time, by redeeming a gift card and purchasing the coins through the game menu. Quite obviously, it did not show up at all again, and Microsoft denied it because there is a set limit to the number of refunds that can be given in a year. I tried various methods and pretty much everything that can be found online to fix it, but had no luck. I just want to inform the community that I have lost roughly $270 for the past year and that everyone should really give a second thought when paying money to this game. I honestly believe this is even grounds for a class action lawsuit, but alas. Anyway, thank you so much for reading, and I hope you guys don’t make the same mistake as I have.
