    Missing Ambassador badge due to silly errors


    Hopefully a Xbox employee sees this and my issue is finally fixed but back a few months ago I got communication banned for trying to post a LFG (Looking For Group) and it kept saying let’s keep it clean even tho it was clean then eventually it just decided to communication ban me for 2 weeks and because of this I lost my Xbox ambassador badge and I’ve tried and tired contacted agent after agent through support chat even tried submitting a case review but couldn’t because the enforcement website was broken and just I’m at the point where I just don’t care anymore all I want is my badge back because I shouldn’t have been suspended due to this bug in the LFG posts

    Again, please refrain from creating multiple threads.

    You have been given the information in your original thread on what to do - submit a case review. If the review comes back and the suspension is overturned, then you can reach out to the Community Managers. If the suspension is upheld, then you remain removed from the Ambassador program per the program terms of use.

    What was the LFG post?

    A two week suspension isn't issued lightly so your LFG post must of violated the rules somehow & once you have any enforcement action on your account then you are removed from the ambassador program & can never rejoin.

    If your main concern is losing the badge then maybe the ambassador program isn't for you anyway.

    All I said in it was looking. I need new adult friends and no it wasn’t the browser it was the website it wouldn’t let me view my enforcement history because it was broken, just like everything else about Xbox

    If it is nothing to do with looking for group

    Like.trying to find trades then yes the suspension is valid
