Missing ALL Seasons of southpark.

I dont know why, but on or after october 14th ..as I believe it sais in my now not so intact order history -but all, and I mean every season and episode that I purchased as a box set type deal(I believe), is now not even there! Like i didnt buy it, and then
me and my daughters didn't spend a month or more watching all 23 seasons, together!

I bought all 23 seasons in September ..and I now do not own/have/able to watch n'or even see what I paid for them, somehow.

The last time I tried fixing this up I was qued to talk to some other "xboxone" player(like myself) for support!

- He told me to reset my entire console, like factory default, ..nope! ..Sorry, but im im really not taking that kind of advice from anyone but microsoft themselves, so here I am asking for help, the proper way, through the company I hope.

I bought all 23 seasons of southpark, me and my kids watched them through September, then I finally bought the newest and only episode feom season 24, ..and now thats literally ALL I have left.

Please can you tell me why?

Why is it not in my purchase history either, only after buying the latest episode(gladly finishing the entire set of 23 seasons firstly though) then they have dissapeared!

-Im on welfare and that was a lot of cash for me. Please.. I'd like my purchase back, or every single penny back, one or the other, simply.
