    Hi, I bought 3 months of xbox live gold in January and was supposed to get a code for an extra 3 months by March, this was the PUBG promotion.

    My order number is 5856941564 and date i ordered was 24th of January

    I see many others are posting here with the same issue. I bought 3 months of Xbox Live whilst the promotion was on (towards the end of January) where you would receive an additional 3 month code by the 15th March. I have yet to receive a code and raised
    this with Microsoft support who told me to post here as many others have done so it is officially reported. The link for the offer is shown below, although of course it has expired the terms and conditions are still visible: Xbox Live Gold | Xbox

    Hi there Hotrod1121! DPRK 420 here is correct, most promotions on the dashboard are only offered for a certain amount of time. Once that offer is gone, we aren't able to offer it to you. The good thing is, promotions are constantly rotating so another offer
