Missing add-on content after some error

So i recently bought the legendary edition of Destiny. I was able to redeem my weapons pack but when I tried to redeem the code for my expansions it said there was some time of error which i dont remember the code for. I made sure several tines that
the code I typed in matched that of my card. After waiting a few minutes to attempt to redeem the code again it said that the code had already been redeemed. I checked the manage game to look to see if the add-ons went on without me noticing but they werent
there and no matter how hard I look I cant find the add-ons. So what should I do since I paid money for the add-ons yet I cant recieve my expansions?

Happy to help troubleshoot, can you tell us exactly which content packs you owned? If you can link us the precise content that would be the best way for us to gather info.

Are you using an external hard drive by chance?

Hey All,

So awhile ago I purchased and uninstalled the game Hitman world of assassination the Full Season to clear some space. Now recently I noticed that the game was on a Gold deal for free so I thought little harm to download it that way wouldnt have to put disk
in to play. After downloadn though all I have left of my full season add on, is a 1 level add on witha new suit n some extra accessories. All the original add on levels are missing. Since the original purchase i have lost the redeem codes to atleast reinstall
them that way. Ive tried to unistall and reinstall the game again as well as manage the game content but still no full season add on including all levels. Oddly the game still shows achievements as well as save points on all levels but i cant access untill
I download rest of add ons or re purchase which id rather not do. Appreciate any advice n info on topic thanks!
