Missing achivements

hello I originally had 152,463 Gamerscore, it recently dropped down to 105,197 and that obviously is not supposed to happen, and there is no forced Gamerscore reset of any kind so it just happened out of nowhere without a warning or reason You've tried to
remove the profile, do a power cycle, and recover the account back and it still hasn't updated, and it's showing on all of your devices It's showing the current Gamerscore on all of your devices**.

And that you have sent photo proof to support (1409603849) and you can always provide the proof again if need be.

I am very upset about this as I work hard to get my gamer score.

I just hope xbox can fix this problem

If you've already tried the steps listed in the post provided by RomkaZzz, be sure you fill out the survey listed in the last step. That information gets passed along to the appropriate teams for investigation. Do note that it doesn't guarantee a resolution
though.

Missing achivement

I have collected all the sniper rifles available in the game but I'm only at 61%. I contacted ubisoft as I paid for the sniper rifle weapons pack from from their store but they were no help. I've tried everything

 

It's a glitch that has been affecting people over the past few months,including me.

It will correct itself within a few days so don't worry.
