Discus and support missing account and new one will not upload games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so I bought my son the Xbox one, we created an account through an email account. a few weeks later the children where on it and said it wasn't working...     missing account and new one will not upload games


    so I bought my son the Xbox one, we created an account through an email account. a few weeks later the children where on it and said it wasn't working anymore. when I looked and tried to log in the account was no longer there and would not recover even with
    the name and email address. so I created a new name under a new email address and signed up for the free trial of gold live for the month, however now this will not let me play games, upload games or show that I am a live customer. I have put my bank details
    in for it to pay monthly. i have not received any email's from Xbox and I am at a loss of what to do next? any help would be great

    Can upload clips but unable to upload screenshots to Xbox Live.

    I tried uploading screenshots with a different account on my Xbox One and it works fine so it seems like there is an issue with my account. I do not think this is a storage limit issue as my account still can upload new game clips with no problems and I
    have deleted a few screenshots from Xbox Live but still I am not able to upload any new screenshots I made to Xbox Live.

    I am at a loss on what could be causing this issue here.

    YouTube app login issues

    When I tried out the YouTube app on Xbox one, I noticed the subscriptions section was missing my subscriptions, but I was logged in. I logged out & tried to log in again & it gave me an activation code (which seemed ridiculous, due to my YouTube account
    already being linked to my xbox live account), and when I activated it, it offered me two different accounts. This really pissed me off! Why has the xbox one created a new account in YouTube for me instead of using my existing one, that was already linked
    to my xbox live account? It tried to login using my existing account, & it would not let me, but kept logging in the new, Xbox one account, that doesn't have any of my subscriptions or video uploads. What is going on? I don't want multiple YouTube accounts!

    YouTube App - What the?!!! New bug. So annoying.

    The upload feature seems to be missing from the guide as well.

    If it has removed or in a different feature of the app, news would be helpful.

    Multiple Games I own not showing up in Xbox library/Microsoft Store

    The Order status is complete on all games and I was able to play them on my Xbox fine when I had one. All accounts I'm signed into are the ones I brought it on. Here is Sea of Thieves as an example but multiple games are missing.

    I just so happened to download that earlier today, but I couldn't find a tab within the said app where one could upload game clips of any sort, indeed, not even preview. I apologize if that's there and I missed it. If that's the case, are the instructions
    to follow where I might find said tab?

    The only remotely similar ability in there that I discovered was if I was in a chat with somebody, I could link them to clips or pictures I had uploaded previously, but could not find a way to upload new ones.

    Unable to get my free month of gold! Please help!

    If you have already connected your account to live, as a silver account, then you have missed the free trial.

    It is offered as you sign up, and if you miss it or don't take advantage of it, it still counts as used.

    You can do this up to three times with new accounts made on the console. So if this account missed it, you will need to make a new one. Also, have credit card info ready, as it is required for the free month, even when not charged.
