Missing Accessibility feature of left/right audio balance

To set your expectations properly, Xbox still does not have a built-in feature to adjust the left/right audio balance directly on the console. This has been a long-standing request from users, especially those with hearing impairments.

As far as I am aware, there is no way to adjust the left/right balance at the moment. This could be a feature that is implemented in the future.

Yes. It will work. However, since you will only be using the red RCA input (audio right) you will be missing all of the left audio. Depending on the game, this could be an issue. You may be able to pick up a 'Y' adapter to connect both the red and white
leads together (combining left and right audio) so that you hear both sides coming from the single speaker on your TV. Although this won't help you hear from which side the sound is coming, it will at least allow you to hear everything. It looks something
