Missing Access Codes for [BAK-COMP] Gears of War trilogy

To whom it may concern,

I purchased a copy of GOW: Ultimate Edition (believing it to contain the entire remastered trilogy, but that's another issue I accept my ignorance over) - Yet I believe I have only received codes for the backwards-compatible GOW 3...

I don't have a need for GOW 1, but I would like to figure out where the codes for 2, and possibly "Judgement" have gone.... before i completely regret my purchase.

I may have accidentally deleted them, believing I had purchased a remastered trilogy, and would have no need for the older versions... However, I realize and accept my possible mistake, but would really appreciate some help sorting out where I can find
these codes, or perhaps make a request for a reissue of the applicable codes...

I received a code for GOW 3, and am currently installing it free of charge.... so im quite positive I am rightly eligible to receive the rest, if that is somehow an issue...
