    Hi all,

    So i recently purchased Futurama the complete Series (182 episodes) through the Movies and TV app on Xbox One. I can access all episodes on my Xbox One and on my laptop running windows 10. however the issue comes when I try to access them in the Movies and
    TV app on my old Xbox 360 (system in my den). When I try to access the series under the 360 it shows only 13 episodes they are not the first 13, nor are they confined to what would be a regular season. If I go to the series page, the series says it's in my
    collection but when looking at the individual episodes they are all (but those 13) marked as unpurchased. as a test I attempted to purchase the first ep to see if it would trigger a correction and instead the processing wheel just spun for about 5 minutes.
    Any suggestions as I would like to be able to view the series in my den without needing to switch my systems around.

    It goes from episode 7 to 19 all in between are missing except on the website where all 23 episodes are there. only on devices app are missing, xbox one, 360, xbox video app on surface.

    I have the same issue. Depending on how long the season was, shows that have missing episodes will be 8, 13, or 25 episodes.

    I mostly have the problem with Dragon Ball Z, Buffy, and Angel. The latter two are full series that show up as one season each, while Dragon Ball Z has a lot of episodes per season. Seems like the size of the season is the cause of why episodes don't show
    up.

    They both show up properly on my Xbox One and PC, so this likely is an Xbox 360 only problem. I only noticed this problem recently when I wanted to rewatch a series only to find a bunch of missing episodes. Hopefully they can fix this.

    Same for me. On 360 we can get Episode 3, 4, 5 and 400 Days. Episode 1 and 2 are missing.

    On Xbox One the full game is available. No problems.

    went to Microsoft movies and TV community support its envolves missing season episode only one south park season 5 episode 3 that going at them about same thing couple years ago season and xbox refunded me about 2 seasons of naruto missing approx 3 or 4
    which i was tick about this time only one episode i dnt want refund what paid for not shut out as not just happening to me as happening ppl buying seasons with missing episode xbox support nearly ruin my xbox its an app issue not xbox issues

    Battlestar Galactica: Complete Series is missing quite a few episodes.

    I'm in Canada and there are four episodes missing. The episode numbers in your listed series don't always line up with the episodes as they are listed online, so I've listed the missing episodes by name only.

    Missing Episodes:

    "Exodus Part 2"

    "Sometimes a Great Notion"

    "Deadlock"

    "Daybreak Part 1"

    Can you let me know if the episodes are just not showing up in the list for some reason?
