    I redeemed my mix pot code and have received everything besides one game which is "rare play" , I have yet to find it anywhere in my ready to download list and so on. I waited about almost a week to make this post to see if anything would show up.

    Mixer Mixpot issues! (Second Post)

    I made a post on here 5 days ago about missing Mixer Mixpot rewards, after viewing The Game Awards via the mixer app on Xbox One. I promptly received a response and was told I should be expecting an Xbox Live message from support.
    The message I received included a code for content pertaining to Halo (a game I do not own) but none of the actual Mixer Mixpot rewards. Is there somthing I'm missing here? Other friends that tuned in, the same as I did, received the items I was looking forward
    to such as Warframe in-game currency, and an exclusive cosmetic item.

    I believe that some of the content was restricted by region and user age; it's possible that is the reason you didn't get everything.

    I'm aware of the TOS regarding the mix pot however I am from the United States and well over the required age to obtain everything. It's been almost two weeks now chat support just tells me to come here and I hardly get a response here

    I believe that some of the content was restricted by region and user age; it's possible that is the reason you didn't get everything.
    I'm aware of the TOS regarding the mix pot however I am from the United States and well over the required age to obtain everything. It's been almost two weeks now chat support just tells me to come here and I hardly get a response here
