Missing a bunch of reward points most recent being the 3000 for a Rogue One purchase

Game cards are not eligible for Rewards, as mentioned in our FAQ, only purchases from the Xbox store are:

Your purchase of For Honor was a pre-order, and not eligible for payback. It did award a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was a part of your December payback. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and
process new activity, so if you are talking about 2 recent purchases, we have not yet received that information. Regarding your purchase of Rogue One, this 96 hour processing period is mentioned in the FAQ for that offer:



When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.



Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending.

In addition, we do not award in increments of less than 250, and we do not currently see "5" pending Credits on your account. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, then you would need to contact their support for more information. This forum is for
Xbox Live Rewards.

I also did not receive my point reward for purchasing Rogue One on Xbox.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account for completion of the offer. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.

Purchases are not rewarded if they are made prior to being a member of the program. If you did it within a few minutes it could possibly work, but I would expect not.

Subsequently, you posted in the "Discussion forum" which is NOT monitored by the staff. You will want to re-post your topic in the "Support Forum" by changing your post type to "Support". Once you do that the reward team can give you a definitive answer.

Regarding November, we see those Credits are pending in your account. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP:

For December, also in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
