Missing 5k credits plus punches

Missing 5k rewards for digital pre-order of Forza 7.. also missing punches for the 15k pre-order punchcard. After 10+ years on Xbox live I wonder how many rewards I haven't recieved from you guys after having been promised..

My 50k credit reward for buying xbox one s is still Pending!!!

Hello so I received £30 from that reward but those 5k are still missing it says You have 0 Credits - 5,000 Credits so i dont have them when will i have them

Missing Punch Card Credit

I purchased Sniper Elite 4 on Jan 6 but it is not showing up on my Punch Card?

From the FAQ for the Forza offer:

PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

Since your purchase was made in August, it was not eligible for Rewards Credits.

From the FAQ for the Games on Demand offer:

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since none of your purchases were made during the offer period, you have not earned any punches on that punchcard. If you have only recently made a purchase, keep in mind that it can take us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information,
so they would not show punches yet.

Punch cards can be very hit and miss...sometimes working, sometimes not. At times it can take a few days for it to credit. Beyond that, you would need to contact Rewards support to see if they will manually credit it

You would need to contact Rewards support and ask them to look into it and hope they manually credit you. A lot of people have been having issues with this punch card....generally punch cards are very hit and miss as to whether they track

I am presuming that you clicked the punch card first before making the purchases?
